Pets welcome with landlord approval and Pet Deposit. *Shorter term lease negotiable.

Lawn service and HOA fees included in monthly rent. All utilities paid by tenant. This is a NON SMOKING property. Pets allowed with prior approval of landlord and Pet Deposit per pet. Landlord will consider shorter term lease with a higher monthly rent, three month minimum.
