Property was clean and as advertised. Unless I missed it, I did not receive an entry code as of the day before. Messaged owner via VRBO and they responded quickly with the code. Parking can be a little wonky, as one spot is a sideways concrete pad on the small steep hill in front which can make it interesting getting into/out of the vehicle. The other choice is the driveway which is on a very steep incline which can be problematic in the same way (getting in/out). We managed. Otherwise, everything was fantastic and we especially enjoyed the fire pit on the balcony which is accessed from both bedrooms. Since it is basically right on Riverside Dr., the car noise is audible if you are sensitive to that sort of thing. Didn't bother us. Great location if you want to be a very quick Uber drive to the hot spots and there are several food choices within walking distance. ##### Gary M. The place is as advertised, nice easy communication w Dan, plenty of space for two couples. Great outdoor roof space. Location close to the river - easy walks/short Uber rides to all the fun spots. We enjoyed walking to Lady Bird Lake and a quick Uber downtown for dinner. Communication getting into the property could have been better, but all good once we got past that. ##### Carol C.
