Backyard: The private newly fenced backyard comes with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating area. If you decide to use the charcoal grill, please make sure you empty the ashes and clean the grill. If the grill is not cleaned, there will be an additional $25 cleaning fee. Cooling/Heating: There is a nest thermostat that controls the AC and heat, if you could please leave the home at 70F when leaving that would be greatly appreciated. Noise: As neighbors are around the property, we would appreciate it if you could keep the noise down after 9 pm and before 8 am. There is a $150 noise complaint fee during quiet hours. Parties: No parties allowed. $2000 party penalty fee. Especially from guests not disclosed in the reservation. For special events please inquire. No Smoking: Do not smoke inside the property, if you wish to smoke/vape, please do so outside away from the entrance of the home and dispose of all smoking waste. $500 fumigation/ozone fee for smoking inside evidence. No Pets: As we love our furry friends, we also care about guests with pet allergies and therefore avoid allowing pets. There are pet fees of $25/day, $100/week, $300/month regardless of service animal status. Plumbing: Please do not throw away anything down the toilet other than toilet tissue, the cleaning company tests all toilets before each check-in. Laundry: There is a washer and dryer available in the property with laundry detergent available. \-Excessive Trash Policy- We take pride in offering a clean space for our guests, and we ask for your cooperation in maintaining it. While normal amounts of trash are expected, any excessive trash left behind or improperly disposed of will incur a $50 removal fee by the trash company.
