Please scroll down for more info Location: \- Located in Del Valle area of Austin. \- 4 miles away from the Airport entrance \- 20 minutes away to downtown Austin \- 20 minutes away from UT The apartment: \- This apartment has 2x queen beds and 1x full size sofa bed \- Fully equipped kitchen. \- Self flexible check-in. \- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee. \- Washer and dryer are free inside the apartment. \- This apartment is on the third floor. Elevator is available \- There is 24 hours gym in the building. \- There's a pool in the building that's open daily from 9 AM to 8 PM. Please note that we don't manage the pool, and it's closed every Monday for regular cleaning. \- A $100 fee each will be charged for any lost key fob or pool bracelet. \- The apartment is located on the second floor. There is no elevator. You must take stairs. Parking: \- Parking is available for one car only. \- No trailers, RVs, commercial are allowed. Pets: \- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED. Things to Note: \- This reservation may be subject to a refundable security deposit, not more than $350\. This is a requirement from our insurance. \- 28 nights+ reservations are subject to a $2000 refundable security deposit. \- We are required to obtain a copy of your ID until checkout. You can submit it on our portal after making the reservation. \- We have a doorbell camera. Any attempt of throwing a party will result in immediate termination and we will press charges. \- Smoking is not allowed. \- This reservation will be canceled if you have a violent criminal history.
