If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us. As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink. I had to reset the tankless water heater numerous times just to get hot water out of the master shower. The automatic gate did not work, requiring us to open and close it manually (often in the rain), and the property had an abnormal amount of flies around the outside any time we stepped foot in the backyard.Again, pretty house but lacked many basic things that should go without saying at this price point. ##### Seth S.
