The view of downtown from the rooftop balcony was beautiful at night! The construction noise was not an issue since our stay was over a weekend, but, the construction debris around the area is something to be cautious about. Great close location for getting to the downtown scene. The only mishap we ran in to was, the freezer part of the fridge was iced shut, and we couldn't use it. Apr 30, 2024 #### Nice Place, not so nice surroundings The home itself is beautiful. The surroundings, well, LOTS of graffiti right outside the property. Homeless people less than a half a block away, which look to be living on the street permanently. The weeds/grass seems to have not been cut or trimmed in months, very tall all around the property. New construction directly next too/behind this townhome was most definitely not enjoyable, as the workers not only blocked getting in and out of the property but the banging and usual building noises at 6am where not enjoyable. On the plus sides, the home itself is very well kept. All you need in the kitchen utensil and dish wise is there. Beds where comfy, master could be replaced due to "dips" from wear. The view from the back of the city at night was fantastic. So easy to get to Starbucks or local coffee shop. Could be on Congress in no time at all.
