\*Grill Use: If you’d like to use the outdoor grill, please let us know in advance so we can provide the lock code and instructions.  
 – Propane: A tank is provided, but we cannot guarantee it will be full. If it runs out, you may exchange it at a nearby store (you cover the exchange cost). We’ll guide you to the closest location.  
 – Cleaning: Please brush the grates and wipe down heavy grease after use. If left heavily soiled, a cleaning fee may apply.  
  
\*Kitchen: You are welcome to use the kitchen. Please wash dishes and tidy up after use. Supplies are provided.  
  
\*Guest Limit: The property accommodates up to 16 guests. No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval.  
  
• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages. Please report any issues right away so we can address them quickly.

\*Camera: A security system is installed and features a Ring doorbell at the front door and a Ring camera on the back patio to monitor the pool.
