Enjoy panoramic views of the lake! This cozy 3-bedroom home with a covered deck is perfect for family adventures or a peaceful nature getaway. 1 minute from ATX Wake Adventures, 2 minutes from Lake Travis Zipline, 4 minutes from Volente Beach Resort, and 30 minutes from downtown Austin. Close to great restaurants and shopping at Lakeline Mall. A private hiking trail begins right behind the house, wonderful to explore the outdoors. Note: there is no direct walking access to the lake from this. We especially loved the spacious deck with sweeping view of the hills and lake Travis.The short hike right out of the back door was a great way to stretch our legs and check out the local flora.We also appreciate it that the house was very well supplied. There were multiple sets of kitchenware, the charcoal grill had everything ready for use.
