If you're seeking a comfortable and trendy space for your stay, look no further. With two bedrooms and three queen beds, our duplex is perfect for families, friends, or colleagues traveling together. Create lasting memories and experience the city's vibrant culture from the convenience of your own private space. Key Features: Spacious Duplex: Enjoy the privacy and comfort of an entire duplex unit all to yourselves. Ample Sleeping Space: Three queen beds and one set of bunk beds. Full Kitchen: Prepare your favorite meals in our fully-equipped kitchen. Entertainment: Smart TV Deck: Step out onto your patio and savor your morning coffee or evening drinks outdoors. Convenient Parking: Off-street parking available. Parking spot is directly behind the house. Please DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAY. High-Speed Wi-Fi: Stay connected with fast and reliable internet throughout the duplex. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS What is the parking situation? There is parking space for one car directly behind the house (next to the deck). On-street parking is free and always available. Please DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAY. Distance From: Airport - 5.5 miles 6th Street / Convention Center - 3.5 miles Zilker Park - 6 miles Domain - 15 miles University of Texas/Moody Center - 3 miles Is the space wheelchair friendly? The entire house is one level and the doorway to the bedroom is fairly wide. The driveway is gravel and brick. What is in walking distance (within 1/2 mile)? Coffee- Medici Restuarant - Sharks Fish and Chips, Betos 2 How do I check in? A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. Just remind us! Can I extend a stay? To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout. Can I change or cancel my reservation? We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund. Are pets allowed? We love dogs and love to host but they do cause more complications for our cleaning crew. We have a limit of 2 dogs with a 100.00 pet fee. Please let us know if you are bringing your pup. If guests arrive with a pet without making prior arrangements, the fee is 250.00\. Because of allergies, we cannot host cats. Service vs Emotional Support Service dogs have received specialized training to perform a specific task or tasks for an individual with a disability are considered service animals. Please provide the documentation and the pet fee is waived. Emotional support animals are important as well, but they will be charged the pet fee. Are there extra pillows? We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well. Are extra guests allowed? If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:) Is smoking allowed outside? Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests. Could we leave our luggage? We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags. Could I have an early check-in or late checkout? We use the DACK app (info given upon confirmation) where guests can purchase extra time before check-in or after check-out. This allows our cleaners to manage their time and have houses ready in a timely manner. What is a MUST do in Austin? We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very worth a drive by!Austin, like many other cities across America, is experiencing a crisis of homelessness. To that end, you may run across a few tent encampments in the hood.
