This home used to be our office and we recently converted it back into a home. Our 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house includes everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The house has a Master Bedroom with In-suite bathroom. We know currently that many people are working remotely and we offer workstations and high speed internet. Our home is on a large corner lot with a huge backyard perfect for BBQ's and tossing around a football. We are 5 miles from the Kalahari Resort. The space Coronavirus Information: In response to COVID - 19 and as we attempt to do our part in preventing the spread of the virus, our cleaning team is making sure to pay extra attention to all frequently touched surfaces. All touchable surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected at the conclusion of every reservation. These areas include all door handles, light switches, faucet handles, remotes, and kitchen surfaces to name a few. Sitting just a bit west of downtown Hutto, this house is a wonderful find. Conveniently located, it can allow anyone traveling for business to easily reach such key destinations as Emerson, Dell, many of the medical centers and hospitals, several universities and more. You are also close to the cities of Austin, Georgetown, Round Rock, Pflugerville, and Cedar Park, too. The house is located just off Hwy 70 and TX- 130 making any commute a breeze. Of course, its location makes this Hutto corporate housing appealing to business travelers as well as those hoping to enjoy an extended visit to the region. Yet, the property itself is packed with all kinds of luxuries and comforts that make it a wonderful destination. A four bedroom, two-bathroom home, this home is part of a picturesque, residential area and you will be welcomed home each day by your charmingly landscaped yard. The large living room with sports a 55-inch TV and plenty of comfy seating. Nearby, the breakfast bar opens into kitchen. Fully furnished with premium appliances, it opens to the dining area that comfortable seats 6 people. You can opt to use the living room as a sleeping area, since the oversized sofa also converts to a bed. This house also has spacious and tranquil bedrooms to enjoy. There are four bedrooms with a King size bed and In suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Full XL beds, and the third and fourth bedrooms each have a Full XL bed. We also offer amenities like onsite laundry machines, Wi-Fi, SLING TV and a fully stocked kitchen. This house also has a charming back yard that is fenced is perfect for quiet evenings at home, a BBQ grill and plenty of space for entertaining. Whether you are traveling with family for relocation, staying in the area for an extended work project or for any other reason, this roomy, private and luxurious Hutto housing option is sure to please all in the group.
