Good afternoon James, I'm so sorry about the unpleasant stay you had with us. I want to apologize for the difficulty you faced when it sounds like you came into town for a special event. In Austin there are several venues named Moody, center, amphitheater, theatre. Although Hotel ZaZa is within walking distance to the Moody Theatre it seems like you might have been headed to the Moody Center. I'm so sorry our team provided you with misinformation and didn't ask enough clarifying questions to find out exactly where you were going.Roads around the Moody Center can be pretty crowded when an event lets out and pickups aren’t as easy as the drop offs with road closures and traffic. I apologize that you had to make your way back to the hotel on your own.Last night the hotel was over 90% occupied and there were not any available upgrades. I can assure you that you got the view and room type you booked and were not downgraded into something with no view.Austin is a great city for events and live music and we'd love to have you back when you return to Austin so we can show you the best what Hotel ZaZa can offer.
