The main issue was the HOA person in charge, Warren Wright. We were sent a pool sign up sheet about 9 days beforehand. I new my crew wanted to hang at the pool all day on Saturday, 6/27\. I signed up and thought we were good. We even walked down to the pool area the day before and a sweet girl signed us up for later that day. But when we came back...Warren Wright ruined our day and vacation. He was gruff and fairly rude. He said that we can only spend 2 hours each day at the pool. That's totally unacceptable. I understand only allowing 40 people into the pool, having to wear a mask and get our temps taken at check in. However, only being allowed 2 hours at the small pool didn't work for us. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking (it would have been nice to have had a roll of foil and some plastic wrap). Some of the towels were a little dingy, but there were plenty of them, so we used the ones that looked better. One of the beds had some dingy, stained sheets that could be replaced. It was a very nice unit with a very nice view. Kind of far to get anywhere. It is 9 minutes from the entrance, so a trip to the store is not fast. Great balcony with a lovely view of the lake! Able to keep boat in a slip so it was awesome for a morning trip and afternoon trip without having to trailer the boat and able to take lunch brake. Perfect for a all boating weekend with family. Great view and very clean and quite. This was a very nice place. Super clean and loved that there was soap, shampoo, coffee and dishwasher pods there so that we didn’t have to buy.
