Enjoy the peaceful Hill Country vibes with the private backyard with a great view. Features Include: ❤️ Huge wrap-around deck, propane firepit, pergola, and BOCCE BALL COURT w/ shade cover❤️ ⭐ Beautiful wooded area behind the house creates a private and peaceful stay ⭐ Neighborhood has private lake access, a community pool, and a park. NOTE: These are neighborhood amenities and are not guaranteed to be functioning, as repairs or construction can occur that we cannot control. Only for tenants with a signed lease. Also, community pool is closed from Nov 1 to April 1. ⭐ Newly rehabbed and furnished for a quality and comfortable stay ⭐ Work space with desk and monitor ⭐ Outdoor furniture Come enjoy your peaceful 5-star stay! Guests have access to the whole house, and tenants who sign a lease have access to neighborhood amenities as well. We are here for any of your needs and our number one goal is for you to have a comfortable and enjoyable 5-star experience. Apache Shores is a wonderful and peaceful community. It is one of the only communities that offers private lake access. You will see friendly neighbors walking by the house with their pets and waving. It's also just 5 mins from Lakeway which has a ton of great food and drink options as well as wonderful shopping. The house is 30mins from Downtown Austin Our home is located in a beautiful and scenic neighborhood located 30 minutes from Downtown ATX. It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bedrooms with a private driveway and peaceful & secluded backyard. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need for your stay. Wake up in the morning and listen to the birds chirp off the back porch while sipping some fresh brewed coffee. Bedroom 1: The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with its own private bathroom and a huge walk-in closet. Bedroom 2: A super cute furnished room that offers a queen-sized memory foam mattress. Bedroom 3: This room features a twin-sized trundle bed (2 twin beds) but also has a desk workspace that includes a monitor for the "workcation" guests. The backyard has a deck with some comfortable outdoor furniture. The house includes a washer and dryer. RULES: \*\*For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy. We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500. We only host groups over the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification. No parties or events. We only accept pets that are under 35 pounds and we'll just ask for a picture. Pet Fee is $85 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! The location was perfect because we needed to be close to a friend in Lakeway. We enjoyed the outdoor area and the living room was a cozy spot for us to just sit and visit. The extra mirrors in the bedrooms made it easy for us to all get ready without taking up the bathroom. We got eloped and invited about 30 of our family/friends and it was just the right amount of space to host them for dinner and then send them on their way! Four of us stayed the night and it was great. The neighborhood was quiet and we had a good night's rest. We would definitely stay here again! The one thing I would recommend is bringing house shoes/sandals to walk around in because there were sticker burs that kept getting my feet through fuzzy socks. Everything in the house was as stated. Place was generally clean. Our only issue was the number of dogs in the neighborhood that are off leash.
