Just shy of 3.5 acres and covered in150+ mature trees, this property is a breath of fresh air. Two buildings make up the property. A main house and a 2/1 tiny home. The property also has a pickleball court, 18KW whole house backup generator, designated fire-pit and a large covered front porch leads you into the main home. The main residence, fully remodeled to perfection, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, while a charming 1.5 bedroom, 1-bathroom tiny home provides an additional cozy haven. The main house living area is adorned with a custom shiplap ceiling accent, the sliding glass door beckons you, unveiling a large back patio overlooking a tree-covered backyard—an idyllic setting for relaxation and entertainment. The main floor primary suite is a personal retreat, featuring a sliding glass door, and an ensuite with expansive walk-in shower. Also on the first floor is a game room, providing a perfect space for leisure and recreation. Ascending the stairs, two additional bedrooms, a full bath, and an office awaits. One of the upstairs bedrooms features a King bed while the other has a Queen and TwinXL bunk bed combo. The office provides a cozy place for work or nice place to read a book. The futon in the office also offers additional sleeping.
