The GM at this establishment was horrible. I was profiled, bugs in my room and the hospitality wasn't there. There is definitely a language barrier at this establishment. They need more English speaking employees.

Coffee machine inside the bathroom? So I can relieve myself and make coffee at the same time? No water bottles to make coffee, so use bathroom sink water or go buy my own?

On site it says it is 25 minutes from downtown and it was further away then that. Housekeeping cleaned the room and left us less towel then originally had, the floor was kinda sticky barefoot in room. This place is in A good spot, the staff was very friendly, once asked for what we lacked staff fixed it. The breakfast was excellent and different everyday. We stayed 4 nights. I would stay here again. Restaurants in surrounding area were delicious and convenient.

Conveniently located. Not a lot of restaurants close, but there are several within a few miles. Breakfast was good. Staff was amazing. They were extremely nice to a guest who had some confusion and mental difficulties. They were extremely polite and attentive.

Good room for the money, liked the complimentary breakfast. Would stay here again!
The only negative was that it was difficult to see any signage indicating what hotel the building was. We walked into the lobby not quite sure we were in the right place. While we were contemplating that, a guy walked in and directly asked what hotel it was. So it wasn't just us. A sign at the front door would go a long way.

Firstly, room I reserved ( king bed) was not available, gave me a depressing handicap room, no parking close to hotel, ròom was dirty, shower heads did not work well, deplorable and noisy ac stystem, the output of air never matched the settings making sleep almost impossible....never in a Hampton Inn the rest of life.
