Enjoy the incredible ensuite bathroom which features a massive walk-in shower and double vanity sink. You can park one car under the carport and multiple cars on the street. The driveway is shared with the back house, and parking in the driveway is strictly prohibited, even temporarily. RULES: For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy. We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout. We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 21+ years old. Will need ID verification. No events, parties, or additional guests other than the number on your reservation without permission. An additional event fee will be charged. Quiet hours in Austin start at 10 PM which means no guests are allowed outside after 10 PM. We know it's gorgeous out there but our #1 priority is keeping the neighbors happy and this being a successful vacation rental for the long-term and the only way that works is if this rule is followed. This is a super quiet neighborhood and this is strictly enforced. We only accept pets that are under 35 pounds and we'll just ask for a picture. Pet Fee is $125 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please!
