There is a $1000 fine if discovered. 2\. Unruly Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if more guests than stated are brought to the property or because of excessive noise after the first warning/ neighbor complaints. Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 8am. 3\. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests. 4\. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. 5\. Townhome very comfortable and roomy enough for family of six. Very clean and seemed newly renovated. Ample amenities. We went out to eat for every meal and did no cooking.
