Location: \- Less than 2 miles away from the Domain. \- 18 minutes drive from UT. \- 20 minutes drive from downtown Austin The apartment: \- This apartment has 2x queen beds and 1x full size sofa bed. \- 2x full bathrooms. \- Fully equipped kitchen. \- Self flexible check-in. \- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee. \- The washer and dryer are free inside the apartment. \- A small terrace. \- The apartment is located on the third floor. Stairs are required. Parking: \- Parking is available for one car only. \- No trailers, RVs, or commercials are allowed. Pets: \- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Service animals are welcome. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED. The deposit is fully refundable within three days after checkout, provided no violations of our house rules occur. 3\.
