We all couldn't stop saying how we didn't want to leave! Everyone had plenty of space and the kitchen was incredible. The property was clean and a perfect fit for our group! Only issue was that we were having hot water issues and they tried to send someone to troubleshoot. However, when their solution did not work, we did not receive any other options to fix it. Also, with the electric door code deactivating at 10 am, be sure not to leave anything behind! We were unable to open the door minutes after we left to retrieve a forgotten item. Getting ahold of the company took almost an hour to figure out how to get back in. There are a couple of items that are preventing a 5 star rating. For example, all the mattresses were too soft and the pillows were too hard making for a less than optimal sleep. When we arrived, we had to do a semi scavenger hunt to make sure we had enough towels for all guests. There were no throw blankets so hanging out on the sofa to watch the tv was chilly, and the television required a code which was only provided when I reached back to the property manager. The positive is that although our door code didn't work, the property management company was easily accessible and help to resolve the issue.
