The location was perfect for the event, being so near to the site. The unit owner was flexible with arrival time, allowing us to check in early, since the unit was prepped when we stopped by to confirm the location. We were delighted with the property itself! The unit was well appointed for food and drink preparations. The waterside lounge furniture was fantastic. The lake side vibe was great. And the music and video entertainment devices surpassed our expectations. The location was both private enough for a getaway, yet close enough to order food and drink to the unit. The one tip I’d offer for those preparing your own food and libations would be to buy groceries in Lakeway or Spicewood, as the convenience stores nearby, while good in a pinch, had limited options. Also, I would recommend the unit most for a couple’s getaway. The owner was prompt in all correspondence. We would definitely choose this location again! Great experience, all around! ##### Scott G.
