Aside from the fact that check in is 4 PM, and check is 10 AM (an hour later, and an hour later than most normal stays), upon arrival, there was no toilet paper, and after a long day of travel was very irritating to have to run back out to the store. Multiple dishes in the kitchen were dirty. There is mold in the bathroom near the vent, enough to be worrisome. The floor was not clean; if you walked barefoot in the apartment, your feet would be completely black with dirt. At night, when you would turn on the light in the bathroom, roaches would run away. And even though on the property description it says "No hidden fees," there was a random 250 charge put on my card from the property that I was never told about, and when I called the company directly to ask, they told me it was a security deposit and I would get it back after our stay. I still have not gotten it back. And the host has yet to message me back about this. The worst stay my spouse and I have ever had. I would highly recommend booking any other place. ##### Joel M. Apr 26, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy Disliked: Location #### Short stay in austin Property was clean but when I washed my hands I noticed the sink would not drain.Additionally, there were no ice cube trays in freezer and no wine bottle opener, although there were plenary of glasses. The next morning the Keurig turned on but leaked water everywhere and no coffee. I co tacked mgmt. And they sent someone out. Responded back by telling me I owed another 20.00 for unnecessary maintenance call as the tub drain worked fine when I reminded him it was bathroom sink not tub he told me it was a mistake he did t mean to charge me &20, however the stopped up sink remained for the rest of our trip so we had to use kitchen sink for everything the second night we were there, it rained, quite a bit actually the parking lot flooded and water completely covered my feet all the way across the parking lot. No way to avoid getting shoes ruined unless going barefoot and to top off the night there wa a roach in the shower. I couldn't say for certain but there were drug deals going on in the parking lot Friday night. ##### Sheree r.
