A smoking fee of $1000 will be charged to your card if any evidence of smoking is found inside. \* No Shoes inside the property. \* No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays \* No Extra/ Overnight Guests. (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) \* Verification form is required to be filled out once reservation is confirmed. Violations of these rules will be handled according to the terms of your agreement. \* ⁠Events occurring outside the walls of our house are beyond the control of the Host. •Damage Waiver OR Security Deposit: As part of our booking policy, we require a refundable security deposit of $300 or a damage waiver fee of $35 non refundable to cover any unforeseen incidents. This must be paid before your check-in. \* ⁠The Guest agrees to allow our maintenance and cleaning staff to enter the property during their stay to address any issues.
