Private entrance, parking, and front yard. Brand new sauna for 6 people and a cold plunge! Guest Access: Guests have access to full home of Unit A (Front Entrance). The garage is not accessible to guests. The Neighborhood: Great location in Central East Austin. Very low-key neighborhood, close proximity to Downtown and the UT campus. Other items can stain the surfaces. \- No one under the age of 17 is permitted in the sauna without adult supervision. \- Exit immediately if uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy. \- Turn off the sauna upon exiting ($500 fee if left on). \- Do not cover the heater—this causes a fire hazard. \- Never make steam by using a water hose. \- No use of sauna fragrances and oils are permitted. \- Sauna doors should always open outward. The mattresses were comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked with nice towels although the kitchen items were on the sparse side. The property is a little worn but suited our needs of a family weekend visiting our daughter who lives in town, along with our two other adult children. The check in/out was easy and the management company was responsive and helpful, as we were visiting during the ice storm and and many areas were without power but the property itself never lost power. ##### Laura D. We where there for a bachelor party. We didn't need alot of house amenities because we spent the majority of our time around the town. The TV had streaming services and blue tooth for when we where there. The AC was perfect for a respite from the heat. The beds were soft and comfortable, but if you like firmer pillows bring your own. It was close to all the streets you want to hit for bar hopping, and bbq joints for feasting. The house is very modern and furnished nicely. My only issues were the patio door upstairs wouldn't lock. The property manager said they would be fixing soon. The other issue is there are no blinds on the front windows. This allows for anyone on the street to be able to view straight into the house. This was pretty uncomfortable especially at night.
