HOUSE LIMITATIONS We’re happy to host your special occasion, but please note this property does not operate as a venue and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our newly constructed luxury home is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. LIVING SPACE The open kitchen, living, and dining areas are a welcoming space for your group to gather in. KITCHEN The kitchen, which overlooks the pool, is fully equipped with the essentials needed to whip up a memorable meal. Guests can sit at the breakfast bar that seats 4 or at the dining table which seats 10. BEDROOMS The primary bedroom, which is on the first floor, offers a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Just up the stairs, is a loft area with a secondary living area and flat screen TV and sofa bed, There are also 3 bedrooms and 2 additional full bathrooms on this floor. PRIVATE LOUNGE / BAR The 3rd floor which offers a third living space and lounge/bar with views of downtown, provides the perfect backdrop for endless entertainment! Grab a seat at the bar and pour your favorite beer from the Kegerator\* while you watch the Longhorns play on the state-of-the-art 110" projector! Whether you're hosting a corporate retreat or a movie night, our game room offers the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment! \*You're welcome to order kegs through Party Barn, who will also deliver/install.
