The house was a great size for us (6 adults, 6 kids). We were surprised with the 4th suite being in a garage apartment but we made it work. The”epic game room “ worked very well for us. Upon arrival, we discovered that power to both houses was off, and I had to manually reset the breaker myself — something that should have been addressed prior to guest check-in, both for safety and convenience.The game room hadn't been cleaned properly, as we walked into spiderwebs right at the entrance. There were also general cleanliness concerns throughout the property that suggested it hadn't been thoroughly prepared. Additionally, we found two wasp nests in the carport area, which created a safety concern and made coming and going uncomfortable.With some more attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and pre-arrival inspections, this could be a great rental.
