Welcome to Cliffside - Updated two bedroom, one bath duplex with vaulted beamed wood ceilings only available for monthly rentals, unless there is a gap between rentals. Enjoy the view out of the many windows high above the street below. You can't beat being just a .44 miles from Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park, and approx 2 miles from downtown Austin. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens up to the living room and dining area with a bar and 2 stools. There is an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher as well as coffee maker, grinder, blender, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and flatware for 8\. The master has a king bed with a Tempurpedic mattress and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a double vanity. There is a partially covered large front deck with a gas grill, table and chairs and a retractable gate, a porch swing hanging in the oak tree on the side of the building, and off-street parking for two cars. There are 2 TV's with WiFi and Roku's for Netflix and digital antennas for local TV channels. There is also a front loading washer and dryer in the laundry closet. This property is pet friendly with a fee of $50 for short stays and $100 for monthly stays. Cliffside is part of the Zilker Properties' family of furnished rental homes and condos in the Austin area. We do everything we can to assure you the most comfortable stay possible.
