Gorgeous condo located in a tree-lined neighbourhood in Downtown Austin. High-end finishes including granite counters, bamboo flooring and a super comfy memory foam mattress. Everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Stocked kitchen, towels, shampoo, conditioner, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and more.

Luxury abounds in this downtown condominium that has been completely renovated from top to toe. High end finishes such as granite counter tops and custom cabinetry adorn the kitchen and bathroom. Sleek bamboo flooring is under foot and gorgeous light fixtures illuminate it all.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Austin, this condo is located walking distance to Darrell Royal Stadium, UT, the AT&T Conference Center, the Erwin Center, the Capitol, and 4th street. Public transport is one block away and a cab ride downtown will run about $5.

Grab your morning coffee at Starbucks which is only two blocks away, enjoy happy hour at the swanky, oddly named Dive Bar. Dining options for fine dining at Olamaie to a simple sandwich are within a stone’s throw and Tiff's Treats is located next door should you need to satisfy that sweet tooth. Prefer to dine in? The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the art appliances, including a fridge with a quick chill option for that bottle of bubbly, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and more!

This studio features fine linens and fluffy, down-alternative pillows. The sofa in the living room folds out into a bed (with bedding included) for an extra guest or for lounging while enjoying the in-house entertainment options. Those include an iPod docking station, a 42” HDTV, Cable TV (basic), Wireless Internet and a Blu Ray player.

The bathroom features lots of storage, great lighting, a full-length mirror, hair dryer, a large walk-in closet and a separate toilet/shower for additional privacy.

The condo comes with a free parking space under the building as well as complimentary laundry facilities.

Good location BUT mold issues and zero replies from owner

Tried to communicate about check in twice and WiFi not working once and they never replied. Black mold near bathroom vent and on ceiling above shower. Never got wifi to work. Good location being close to UT campus. You do have to crawl in and out of the bed from the foot since the bed is shoved in between 2 walls which is shown in the listing. Dedicated parking space which is good but it’s narrow.

Excellent, clean unit in a great location

This was an excellent unit to spend a few days. I came to Austin for work and a bit of tourism and this place was perfect. It is roomy and well maintained. The location is not far from the university, the Capitol and downtown, but far away from the busy thoroughfares to not be noisy. You can hear nothing from the other units in the building, which is very nice. It was game day when I was there, and I could hear nothing from Longhorns fans that were in for the day. Check-in was smooth and well described. The parking is tight, but secure. My only issues was that it was a tiny bit dusty in the kitchen, which I'm a bit sensitive to, and that the futon isn't the most comfortable if you're a bigger person, but these are barely a concern for most people. I would recommend this place for anyone and will probably use it again if I visit Austin in the future.

Little Piece of Heaven

This is an extra clean, safe, quiet and comfortable small apartment on a calm street. Certainly beat the nearby AT&T Center where my conference was located. Easy walk to and from, with plenty of places to eat from fast food to fine dining along the way on Guadalupe and MLK. Great West light in the small office/bedroom and the bed was extremely comfortable though it was a trick to get into and out of (not an issue for me). Full kitchen and bathroom with great shower. Just couldn’t help feeling comfortable and peaceful here-very relaxing. If you’re driving a pickup, SUV or larger car, the allotted parking space is an adventure to get in and out of; it’s tight, and you’ll only have access to one side of the vehicle. Again, as a single traveler, I was happy to have the parking and enjoyed the parking “process” each time with my four-door truck. Overall, if I were going to be in this area again, this is the first place I’d look for in hopes of returning. Thank you for a great stay experience!

Great location but…

This unit is in a great location. It was walkable, and close to everything. The location was the highlight! But, we did have a few issues. One, the internet was out the entire stay (6 days). We contacted the owner about it with no response or resolution. Two, it is an older building. It was concerning that there are no fire alarms in the unit and some of the outlets didn’t work. Additionally, the lighting was poor. We did find the bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The unit size was great for the two of us. Overall we would give it 4 stars.

What a perfect place in a great area close to everything. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything you’d need. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It was clean, and well appointed. Check in was easy as can be. Would definitely stay again!

Great for visiting your student at UT

Very close and walkable property to UT. Beautiful space with full kitchen and extra linens , toiletries , and TV including netflix and hulu . Also loved that it included parking , although the space is quite small so not ideal for large vehicle. Felt safe and property was very clean and warm and beautifully decorated . Very comfortable bed.

Perfect for a short stay. Not as close as we thought to 6th street. I don’t like that you don’t see the address until your booking is confirmed. Instead of walking to six street we took Ubers. Not a deal breaker but would be nice to know ahead of time. Place was clean. Ok for 2 people.

Great Place!

Just as described: clean, in great neighborhood, quiet, a nice sense of space, great bed, great TV, well stocked kitchen in terms of utensils - cooking essentials as well. Easy communication - terrific all around. A somewhat cramped parking spot - but that was the only downside. We would come again. Near larger streets but on a quiet one. Nice neighborhood walks. Clean and cozy.

The condo was clean and stocked with anything that we needed. It was a perfect location between college campus and downtown. My only complaint would be that the windows are not sound reducing at all., You can hear everything going on in the parking lot outside the bedroom window. So bring a fan or noise maker.
