It started off a little annoying because we showed up at 3:57 for our 4:00 check in and they made us wait in the lobby until exactly 4 to check in. They said, this host is very strict about check-in times”. The property was very clean and it was located in a great area. Parking was easy with valet parking added on, there are some places to park locally but we were there a busy weekend. The only issue was finding the property as the building is called a different name to all the documentation, we received which made it hard to find. Once found it was very nice, if we had issues, we had a contact that resolved very quickly. We would definitely stay again, as it was so convenient for everything. ##### Andy M. Could use more kitchen items if you're planning to cook, and almost all the lighting is overhead and too bright, with only 2 lamps (and only one is in the bedroom, on the ONE bedside table), but these were minor matters. On the whole the lovely outdoor space, the amenities in the building, and the comfort and simplicity of the apartment made this a good value. ##### Ruth W. Knew the area from previous visits, and this location was perfect. 1-2 block walk from Lake Lady Bird waterside paths, same distance to Rainey St for those looking for music, food trucks and cocktails. Scooter access everywhere for those not wanting to Uber around Austin. Location was safe. Rooftop pool area has fantastic views of the city. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The unit was well appointed with basics for making meals. We brought a cooler with some basic food items. They even had seasonings! I was unsure if the down comforter was washed as it was not folded in the second closet near the let-out couch. All the other lining was folded. I ended up washing it just to make sure. ##### Ilia S.
