The Glass House was a great location with easy access to campus, downtown and the very cool Hyde Park neighborhood in which it’s located. As noted, everything was spotless. Check in and check out were simple. No long list of duties prior to departure. The best thing about the house is the design that gives you the feel of a very spacious home. Everything was well done, Generous supply of towels, nice bedding, and gourmet cooking/dinning ware. Our only problem was initial communication with the property owner/manager. It’s nice to confirm your rental is “real” as we’ve had bad experiences in the past. But within 24 hrs of our check in the property owner reached out with all the information we needed. I attribute the miscommunication to the fact this property is primarily active on another STR platform and relatively new to VRBO.
