No smoking or you will be charged $1000 fee to get rid of the smoking smell 2\. Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay and a $500 fine 3\. We have a very strict no pets policy. Any violation of this will be a $500 fine. 4\. We request you take off shoes as soon you enter. This really helps keep the place clean! 5\. Please observe that Quiet Hours are from 9PM – 8AM 6\. Any extra guest will be an extra $100 charge per night per extra guest 7\. Please use the makeup towels provided to remove make up. Any damage to the non-makeup towels will result in a charge to replace the towel 9\. We keep a track of inventory in the unit. If there is anything found missing, please note you will be charged for retail price 10\.
