The Space:  
At Eclectic Comfort, the spirit of creativity is well-represented indoors as well as out, set along a quiet neighborhood just southeast of the city. The home, perfect for a couple’s getaway, will be your hub for trips to and from the endless attractions that surround you, whether you’re in the mood for live music, fine dining, or outdoor recreation. No two days will ever be the same! Venturing out, you’ll be just minutes from some of the city’s most iconic neighborhoods. Under 10 minutes to South 1st Street, you’ll be a short trip away from fantastic restaurants, shopping, cozy cafés, and the South Congress neighborhood, a haven for vintage shops, funky boutiques, and offbeat eateries. Also under 10 minutes away is the trendy neighborhood of South Lamar, filled with even more restaurants, cafes, art galleries, and entertainment, making it one of Austin’s busiest neighborhoods. Of course, you can’t miss a trip into downtown Austin, where the pulsating music scene and eclectic art installations give life to every street.  
  
Inside the home, you’ll be surrounded by a carefully curated selection of diverse art and décor, inspiring imagination and facilitating lasting memories. The living room is the perfect place for reminiscing on the day’s adventures while your favorite shows play in the background on the smart TV. A convenient workspace with desk and chair is available should you need a dedicated space to check an email or two. Steps away, the efficient kitchen is fully equipped for whatever your culinary desires, should you choose to whip up meals at home or lay out a spread of carryout from a newly discovered restaurant. The high-top table can host all your dining as well as set the stage for a spontaneous card game. This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in a private bedroom including a luxurious queen size bed and access onto the patio. The home’s full bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle on a first come, first served basis.  
• Smoking of any kind including vaping is prohibited inside the condo and in the screened-in porch. Additional fees may apply if evidence of smoking is found inside.  
  
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood in South Austin, minutes from surrounding restaurants, cafes, and landmarks. The area is diverse and holds the authenticity that Austin is so proud of. You’ll be within easy reach of Austin’s popular attractions like the Texas State Capitol, Congress Street Bridge bats, and the Greetings from Austin Mural. Zilker Park, which houses the famous Barton Springs Pool, offers access to paddle board, kayak rentals, and central Lady Bird Lake. Be sure to visit the live music bars and clubs on 6th street, a part of Downtown Austin that earned the city the nickname of “Live Music Capitol of the World.”
