It really is a cozy and comfortable house. The owner is really nice. We rent houses through VRBO often for vacations or weekend getaways and this is only the second time I’ve had an owner personally reach out to me to let me know if we need anything to just let him know. This is the first time we stayed at a house close to COTA .Great location to everything . So much to do! Quiet neighborhood, owner has awesome communication . He worked with us on bringing our dogs and using the garage to store our bikes during our stay. Backyard was fully fenced. Super clean house. Beds are very comfortable and clean! Only thing I would say is the shower head upstairs has low pressure and was leaking a little, just a quick tightening and it was fine but still low water pressure. It's far enough away from downtown to skip the crazy that can happen after dark, but close enough to get there for activities. The property owner is wonderful to work with - very responsive to questions and requests. Property is exactly as depicted. Will book here again! ##### Anita T.
