The stay at this VRBO property in Austin, Texas was disappointing, highlighting issues with cleanliness, safety, amenities, and poor communication with the host. Problems included insufficient towels, a dirty bathroom, malfunctioning kitchen and laundry facilities, and an unappealing exterior environment. As a result, we checked out early...at 7:37am on Friday, Nov. 28, instead of Saturday, Nov. 29.Due to these negative experiences, we advise others not to book this location and express regret over the failed promise of a “chic” and “five-star” experience. We have a six-page written document with text messages that can better explain our experience. However, we were unable to upload it to the VRBO portal.
