It was super convenient for getting to from the Airport. Transferring out to COTA and also the closeness to 6th street. We were within walking distance to so many great spots but just outside of the hustle and bustle of 6th street! This spot is clean, modern and we felt safe the entire time! While the area a little unique the condo was great and as described. Only negative was paying for people visiting for an hour or two which I thought a little strange but understand they why. We had plenty of space and loved the location. Our dinner walk was only 1/2 mile. There are homeless in the area but they did not approach us and I never felt unsafe. The condo itself was great. We appreciated having coffee available for us. There’s a large dinning room table and the breakfast bar had a long outlet plug. So we could plug in and easily work together at the table. It was a short walk to the conference center, restaurants, and other establishments in the area. Would definitely recommend. Much cheaper than area hotels! Property was just as advertised, urban/modern style, and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend! Owner was super responsive to questions about parking, etc. ##### Brenda M. Everything was very clean and welcoming. The neighborhood did look a tad sketchy but we did not have a single problem. Everyone is Austin was very kind. The property managers did respond via email quickly when we voiced concerns about a few issues with the property concerning plumbing, mold, and some cleaning concerns. Booked a 4th of July stay to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. Overall a great place to stay to walk to nightlife on 6th Street in Austin. We thought it was even better looking than the awesome VRBO photos. Great communication with Jason the host/management team. Not use to having people sleep on the side walks right by the place but I guess that is what Austin has become.
