A $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. \- There are animals raised by locals near the property. \- Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. \- Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. \- For safety reasons, lighting candles are not allowed inside the property. We kindly ask to please refrain from using any candles indoors to ensure the safety of all guests and the property. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact us. We wanted to let you know as well that our landscaping team will be on-site every other Friday, to keep the grounds looking their best and the pool tech will be there every other Wednesday. You might notice them during your stay, but they’ll be mindful not to disturb you. As you may know, Texas is home to plenty of bugs, especially during cricket season. You may notice a few more of them around September and they’re completely harmless, though we understand they can be a bit pesky. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage them, and it shouldn’t pose a problem during your stay. To help keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings. If you happen to notice any inside, feel free to use the bug spray provided under the sink. This property was a great location! So close (walking distance) to a few local restaurants that were tasty! The property was incredibly clean and the cowboy pool was in great condition-a fun addition to a city stay. The house faces a secluded (but safe) alley and it feels so tucked away and secure. There are even some cute pugs at the school next door that you can see every once in a while when they’re looking for food. Communication with the host was clear and efficient. The only issue was the property being a duplex. I was under the impression it was a stand alone house. We had a loud neighbor on the adjoining wall.
