Location: \- Located in University Hills area of Austin. \- 4.5 miles from UT. \- 13 mins drive from the Domain. \- 13 mins drive from the airport. The apartment: \- This apartment has 2x queen beds and 1x full side pull out sofa bed. \- 2x full bathroom. \- Fully equipped kitchen. \- Self flexible check-in. \- Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee. \- Washer and dryer are free inside the apartment. \- This apartment is on the second floor. Stairs are required \- There is a small gym in the building. Parking: \- Parking is available for two cars only. \- You have to provide your Vehicle information. \- No trailers, RVs, commercial are allowed. Pets: \- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. fifth animals are welcome. Emotional support animals ARE NOT ALLOWED. Pool: \- The pool is open from April until early November. \- The pool opening days are subject to weather.
