This stylish first-floor condo is designed with comfort and charm in mind, featuring a retro 70s Austin vibe. The open-concept living area boasts a cozy sectional couch, flat-screen TV, and vibrant decor, creating the perfect space to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a bar seating area, and plenty of counter space for cooking or dining. The chic bathroom features a walk-in glass shower, LED-lit vanity, and elegant fixtures. The bedroom offers a plush bed with soft linens and calming decor to ensure a restful stay. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor amenities, including access to a sparkling community pool and a sky deck, ideal for relaxing or taking in the Austin skyline. The condo is also located only 1 mile from UT Stadium & The Moody Center/Moody Theater which is approximately 5 mins by car or a 20 minute walk. This space has everything you need for a memorable stay!
