Sleep 13+ Austin Pflugerville Lake Home

Enjoy what Austin has to offer but don’t pay Austin's high rental prices and live on the lake! It's a beautiful one-story home with 4 bedrooms: (2) King beds and 1 Queen bed, 1 Full/Full bunkbed, 1 Twin/Twin bunk bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, and 2.5 baths.
The kitchen is open to the living room which is great for entertaining guests or family together. It is perfect for pre & post-wedding. It's fully stocked with clean bath and hand towels. It is about 2,400 SF with a 2-car garage. The spacious family room is open to the fully stocked kitchen and dining room. Great large backyard with a covered patio & seating, a wood-burning fire pit with seating, a trampoline, and a charcoal & gas BBQ grill are great for wine & chill after a long day. The washer and dryer are for your convenience. The home is located on Pflugerville Lake (20 minutes commute to downtown Austin). A walking trail around the lake, swimming pool, and community playscape are nearby. Other flexible rental terms are also available. DirecTV and WIFI are complimentary. There is a trampoline in the backyard and a porta-crib for your personal use. Bath towels are also provided with basic shampoo/conditioners.

When I arrived, the pile of trash was at the curb. There was a dead bird, and the front door and house lighting were too dim throughout the entire place. The master bathroom only had 2 out of 4 lights working, and the microwave DO NOT WORK!!

Good-sized house with enough room for us - plenty of room in the kitchen, large dining area and living room, large bedrooms. The host communicated multiple times answering our questions and offered to be available any time. A list of instructions was posted that proved helpful. The location was good for our needs on this trip.

This house had the perfect configuration for our family with the four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The host, Nick, was good at communications. The only real complaint we had was feeling rushed to check out. Although the host had agreed to a later than 11am checkout, the housekeeper was parked at the curb waiting to come in. She hadn’t been informed of the extended check out time. We rushed to get our vehicles packed with all of our suitcases, food and Christmas gifts. We were out of the house by 11:25.

Texas trip

We enjoyed the house and layout was perfect for our group. It was record temps for May and the house was comfortable and the walkway around the lake was perfect for morning walks. Everything we needed for meal prep was there and the best grocery H.E.B. was close by. The community pool was perfect place to unwind and kids played. We had small fire in pit for S’more with grandchildren. Nick was responsive to our questions.. everyone commented that beds were so comfortable.

Beautiful and spacious

We were here for a family funeral. The home was beautiful, spacious, In a very nice area . Only negative which were miner, garbage can was half full upon arrival and a broken towel rack in master bathroom, no place to hang your towel for easy access when getting out of shower. Overall a beautiful home. I would definitely rent again.

Great Large House near Lake Pflugerville

House was very large and clean with 4 bedrooms. Fourth bedroom was a bunkroom with 4 beds. Nice fenced backyard with patio furniture and table for sitting outside. Great place for our adult family to stay while visiting other family in Pflugerville. Will stay again.

Great time at lake Pflugerville

Right next to the lake. We had great time taking walks through the accessible parts. The home was very well organized. Nick was very responsive and he was eager to get our choices of soap and shampoo. They don’t keep stock because visitors have particular choice. Will definitely visit again

Family vacation

This was our third time staying in Nick’s home and have already booked it again for our 2025 vacation. The layout of the home works great for our extended family with the 4 bedrooms and large kitchen space for cooking some of our meals.
