Come and enjoy my beautiful and Peaceful home. You'll be within a mile of San Gabriel River and 10 miles of Southwestern University. Also, within 9 miles (15 km) are Georgetown Palace Theatre and Statue of Three-Legged Willie.  
  
 A patio, a Smart TV, and a refrigerator are also available.  
$10.00 -$12 Uber drive to Georgetown square  
\- parking pad only fits two cars  
\- The bedroom is upstairs. If you have mobility challenges, then this home is not appropriate for you.
