We recently stayed in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Austin while moving our daughter back to school at UT Austin. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic—just a quick 15-minute drive to the university, which made our trips back and forth incredibly convenient. The neighborhood is undergoing some remodeling, and you can tell it's on its way to becoming a highly desirable area. We felt safe and enjoyed the quiet surroundings. Once the updates are completed, this will undoubtedly be a sought-after spot in Austin. Highly recommend this home for anyone needing a clean, well-located place to stay!

#### Very responsive host

Nice cute house. Check in super easy and simple. Was a slight issue upon check in but the host was very quick to resolve. The beds were extremely comfortable! Probably some of the best sleep I’ve had in months. I usually have to take sleep meds to fall asleep but forgot them at home, didn’t need them. The neighborhood was a mix of older and newer homes, every morning we saw plenty of people out walking their dogs, which was nice. I would definitely book again.
