The one issue that was relevant was the fact that the thermostat didn't work. I found this out during the cold snap we had in Feb. I had no heat for 2 days before the AC man was able to fix the problem. The owners were very accommodating. ##### Darlene C. We traveled with our dogs and the secure back yard was quite nice to have and much appreciated. The house itself is dated and needs TLC. A kitchen drawer, front bathroom door and towel rack are broken, tall dresser in front bedroom is not secure to the wall and can’t be used, knob in shower not secure to the fixture. Additional pans in the kitchen would be helpful. The living room area is cute and cozy. Take that vision and care to the rest of the house and it could be a little gem. ##### Christine R.
