We were in town for UT softball, and this place was within a twenty minute walk of the softball field. Large grocery store within two blocks, and several eating places located nearby. This property was conveniently located to a grocery store, restaurants, and highways for travel to and from COTA. The unit was clean, modern, safe, comfortable, and had all the necessities, especially for cooks. A few recommendations: the most important would be window coverings for privacy on the main floor; coffee/end tables and lamps downstairs and lamps in the bedrooms.
