House has a lot of potential to be better. In general, the family enjoyed the stay and made it work.Concerns/Areas of Improvement 1\. Dirty pan left in oven from previos guests. This indicated a thorough cleaning between guests was not done.2\. Insufficient and over worn cookware. The cookware provided needs to be replaced -- looked overly used and unclean.3\. Lack of privacy at kitchen window without any window treatment (e.g. curtains, blinds or privacy screen)4.Window seals are broken. A group of dance moms and teens stayed the weekend for a competition close by. It was perfect for us. Plenty of room and supplies needed for sleeping and making meals. It was super clean and felt safe. Rachel was so pleasant and accommodating as well as easy to reach when needed through texts. Definitely would stay here again. ##### Kelli W.
