Good Evening, Our quaint hotel is certainly not a four-star property. But as you highlighted the rooms are clean, the staff is professional and cordial and the pool is beautiful. Our hotel is routinely checked for all types of vermin and occasionally there may be a stink bug but I have yet to see a roach on property. Our mattresses are newer and are medium cushioned. Most find them relaxing. and confortable. Thank you for letting us know about your stay.

Good Evening and thank you for posting your response. Our mattresses are top of the line White Dove mattresses. They are quite firm and most people find them comfortable. I do apologize if the couch was unclean...there is certainly no excuse for that! As far as the room being outdated, that is something that is not in management control, but I will forward your concerns to the ownership

Twins weekend is an annual event! Always the first Full weekend in August. We do not book rooms during Twins week-end for this very reason. It is a fun filled convention and a lot of individual room parties. Since your reservation was made through expedia and not through the hotel, we could not have possibly mentioned it to you. To everyone that did try to book a room directly through the hotel...We Let Them Know!
