It is located 650 meters from the center of Aurano, Italy, and approximately 12 kilometers from the center of Verbania. The property offers parking facilities for two cars on the premises and provides access to a shared terraced garden (not fenced). Additionally, it offers the option of an installment plan for your holiday rental.

The property is situated on a slope in an elevated position, approximately 15 kilometers from the lake. To access the house, there is an 8-kilometer-long narrow motor access road (mountain road) and a stepped path leading to the house itself.
