Stay close to the action. Just 3 turns from the driveway to the course, this historic Summerville home built in 1926, has been meticulously renovated from top to bottom in 2023. This majestic Southern home leaves very little to be desired as far as elegant comfort is concerned. The chef-worthy kitchen boasts all new stainless appliances, built-in wine cooler, refrigerator, professional gas range, sleek white surfaces, and handsome tile work. This spacious house is heated and cooled by 3 new HVAC systems for maximum control and comfort. A tankless hotwater heater provides unlimited hot water. This home boasts 2 master bedrooms with their own private bath, for a total of 4 bedrooms. This home has a spacious deck situated to take advantage of maximum shade that the towering house provides as well as easily catching a cool Southern breeze. There is also a front porch fit for a Mint Julep, a balcony for two, a laundry room with a large prep area (off kitchen), LG Steam washing machine and dryer and a home gym. The gym has a rubberized floor, Peloton bike, inversion table, elliptical, free weights and a large mirror. A television is also available for steaming workouts on Peloton Guide AI workout. This home has a bonus room with a 85" LED SMART TV, separate Apple Plus device, Bose surround sound and an extra large Italian leather sofa that seats six plus. Gigabit internet, including 5G WIFI is available. The yard is gated and landscaped with majestic Sabal palms, Zeon Zoysia sod with an array of azaleas and a Southern magnolia. The parking pad has room to accommodate several vehicles and has a double garage. The owners do not occupy this home at the present time which means all appliances and linens are new. Just off of the second floor hallway, there is a concession room leading to the bonus room that is equipped with a microwave, beverage cooler, Nespresso coffee machine. There is a maintenance person on call 24/7 during the time of the rental period. Daily maid service included, fresh towels and sheets. The bedrooms are large and inviting for guests. The mattresses are brand new. All linens are top quality. The home is complete with shuttered windows making it more soundproof and private. Outdoor lights illuminate the entire outside of the home in the evening for not only an elegant look, but safety too. There is a cottage next door that could be rented if needed for overflow guests. There is a fire pit with five Adirondack chairs making it three suitable places to sit outside in groups. The yard is maintained weekly and will be done during your stay.
