One unique feature; this place has 4 bedrooms and 3 of them have their own private bath. Great location, 7 minutes from Augusta University, University Hospital, 10 minutes from Fort Gordon, 7 minutes from downtown and to the River. Less than 1 mile from all the major shoppes. Nice clean and spacious feel at home away from home. Newly painted, carpet, parking up to 2 cars. Enjoy and feel good at home. House rules: • No pets allowed • No smoking inside of the house. Smoking allowed outside of the house ONLY. • Respect check-in and check-out times (We will let you know ahead when there is a possibility for early check-in or late checkout). • No use of marijuana or other illegal substances allowed on the premises of the property. • No parties allowed. • All overnight guests shall be stated in your reservation. • No loud music or disturbances, especially during quiet hours (10pm-8am). Penalty fees for breaking rules: Breaking any of the house rules will result in penalty fee of $250 for every rule broken and possibly cancelation of your reservation. Upon arrival, we immediately saw a live roach on the kitchen floor. The floors were dirty, dishes were left in cabinets, the oven handle and door were falling apart, and both the oven and microwave were greasy and damaged. Air vents were filthy, there were no basic items such as toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags, the back door was unlocked, the backyard was full of debris, and brown water came from the faucets. This is a connected townhome, and a large dog next door barked constantly day and night. This completely ruined our holiday vacation. DO NOT STAY HERE. Neither the host nor VRBO has provided refund details. We had 4 guys. The big drawback is that this property ONLY has en suite bathrooms. This makes it awkward, because in order to use the bathroom you always need to go through someone’s bedroom.
