From the street, it looks small and unassuming, but step inside and you'll be surprised by all it has to offer. The living room is cozy yet spacious, with hardwood floors, plenty of natural light, built-ins, and a decorative fireplace and tons of “Southern Charm”. There are 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a master suite at the back of the home. There is a sitting room in the front of the house that oozes Southern Hospitality and a paneled room at the back door, which is perfect for a watching a game or just hanging out at the end of the day. The kitchen is a good size with some stainless-steel appliances, pantry, and access to a side entrance. There is also laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer for added convenience. Step outside and you'll find a fenced back yard with a covered patio and a firepit. Parking is not an issue with a shared driveway that leads to a parking pad and on-street parking is allowed in this area.
