Free selection of drinks from the bar, with token, from 5-630. My girls loved the shirley temples. I really enjoyed the stay with exception of the room temp. « The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!! »

« We stayed on the 10th floor. Everything was excellent except the noise level from the streets below. No fault of the hotel or staff themselves but quite noisy. « We enjoyed our stay at this convenient, well-priced hotel right in downtown Chattanooga. The rooms were clean and staff was wonderful. We especially enjoyed the Downtowner restaurant and bar which is attached to the hotel. Jody and Coventry were so friendly and helpful, and they even had a fun bucket ball game that my daughters (10 and 8) absolutely loved! « Just not the best experience overall. The staff was very nice but during my stay the chicken drumstick bones were in front of the lobby doors and I saw staff walking in and out of those same doors. The chicken bones were there throughout my entire stay. My room was ok but when I walked in it was 83 degrees on one of the hotter days in July. The gym was dirty.
