The Space: Wairua is designed for relaxed, high-end living, with every main space oriented toward the view. From morning light through to evening sunsets, the outlook is a constant presence throughout the home. The main living level opens into a generous, light-filled living and dining area with high ceilings and a strong sense of openness. Large doors connect the interior to the outdoor entertaining areas, allowing the home to feel open to the sea, fresh air, and surrounding landscape. Very comfortable, aircon was appreciated although opening windows and putting mosquito deterrents on also worked well. Everything was of a high standard. Only issue we had was upstairs shower was blocked but just used the downstairs instead. Lovely big bath our 2 year old enjoyed and had a fantastic bbq dinner overlooking the wonderful vista.
